How Much Does a Wet Wipes Machine Cost?

How every type of wet wipes machine compares in cost, what makes one machine cost more than another, and the costs most buyers forget.

Short answer

The price of a wet wipes machine depends mostly on what pack you make (single sachets or multi-piece packs), how fast you need to run, and how much automation is included. A single-sachet packing machine such as the JBK-260 is the most affordable way to start. Pocket-pack and multi-piece machines such as the JKB-550 and JBK-400 cost more, and a complete turnkey line with liquid preparation and cartoning is the biggest investment. Because every quote depends on your pack size, options and destination, we give prices as a written quote. Send us your pack details and we will reply with a machine recommendation and a price.

Cost levels compare standard configurations. Exact prices depend on pack size, options, voltage and destination; shipping, import duties and optional equipment are extra.

7 things that change the price

1. Pack format

A single-sachet machine folds, wets, cuts and seals one wipe at a time, so it is mechanically simpler than a multi-piece line, which also has to stack wipes and wrap a thicker pack. Large flow packs with plastic lids need a lid applicator as well, which adds cost.

2. Speed and output

Faster machines need servo drives, stronger frames and more precise controls. Work out how many packs you need per day first. Buying far more speed than your market can sell ties up money, and buying too little means you pay for a second machine later.

3. Folding width and lanes

The width of nonwoven fabric the machine can take and the number of folding lanes decide which wipe sizes you can make and how many wipes are produced per cycle. Wider and multi-lane folding units cost more.

4. Automation level

Touch-screen PLC control, servo motors, automatic liquid dosing, automatic counting and rejection, and date coding all raise the price, but they also cut labour and waste. A basic machine with more manual work is cheaper to buy and more expensive to run.

5. Component brands

The brand of the PLC, servo motors, touch screen and pneumatic parts affects both price and how easily you can find spare parts in your country. Always ask the supplier for a written component list with brands.

6. Materials and hygiene

Parts that touch the wipes and liquid should be stainless steel (304 is common). Better hygiene design, guards and enclosures cost more but matter for baby and cosmetic wipes.

7. Extra equipment

Liquid mixing and dosing tanks, water treatment, lid applicators, cartoners, labelling and a clean room all sit outside the packing machine price. Plan for them from the start so your budget is realistic.

How to get an exact price

To quote accurately we need five things: the pack type and size, wipes per pack, your target output per day, your voltage (for example 220 V or 380 V) and your destination port. With these we can recommend a model, list the options you actually need and give you a written FOB or CIF quote.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a wet wipes machine cost?

It depends on the pack you make, the speed you need, the automation level and any extra equipment. A single-sachet packing machine is the most affordable starting point, pocket-pack and multi-piece machines cost more, and a full turnkey line with liquid preparation and cartoning is the largest investment. Send your pack size, wipes per pack, output per day, voltage and destination port to get a written quote.

Is a cheaper wet wipes machine worth buying?

Sometimes, if your output is small. But check the real stable speed, the component brands and the after-sales support. A machine that stops often or wastes material can cost more over a year than the price difference.

Can one machine make several pack sizes?

Usually yes, within the size range of the machine, by changing some parts and settings. Tell us every size you plan to make so we can confirm which ones one machine can handle and which change parts you need.

What power supply do the machines need?

It depends on the model. For example, the JBK-260 runs on 220 V, 50 Hz, 3.5 kW and the JBK-400 on 220 V, 2 kW. Some other lines need 380 V three-phase power and compressed air. We can build to your local voltage on request.

How long does delivery take?

Standard machines are usually ready in __ – __ days after deposit, plus sea freight time to your port.
